Tell me more about your sitters
All of our babysitters are currently enrolled in college or they are college graduates. Each potential babysitter goes through an extensive application / interview process before being selected to join our team. Many of our babysitters are early childhood education majors and ALL of our babysitters have great experience.

What is the "Interview Process" the babysitters go through?
Each candidate must successfully complete the following steps:

1. Complete a detailed application. This application includes demographics, work history, references, essay questions, and other pertinent information.

2. If the candidate has good qualifications we will begin checking their references. These references must be directly related to their experience caring for children.

3. If all of the candidate's references give positive feedback we will then schedule a face to face interview. This is the crucial part of our process where we decide whether or not we would want this person babysitting our own children.

4. If we decide this candidate could be a good fit to our team, we will then send them to be fingerprinted and background checked through the state / FBI.

The entire process can take several weeks to complete; however, we feel that this is not a process that should be rushed. Some sites will let anyone register to be a babysitter. We are not one of those sites. We are local parents finding the BEST possible sitters for your family and ours.

How are the sitters paid?
The family pays the sitter directly for the hours requested (or for the actual hours if it is longer than requested). Get more info on our Rates page.
