How it works for families
Step 1: Sign up using our secure online registration form.
Step 2: Request a babysitter.
You can call our office, send an email to info@TheSitterConnection.com, or submit your request through the website by logging into your account on the main page. You may also request any previous sitter through the website and we will contact them first when filling your request. While we fill a majority of our requests within a few hours, it sometimes takes several days so please submit your requests as early as possible.
Step 3: You will receive an email once we have filled your request.
Step 4: Your credit card will be charged the placement fee shortly after your request is filled.
Step 5: You pay the babysitter directly at the end of her assignment for the hours requested.

How it works for sitters
Step 1: Make sure you meet the minimum requirements:
--You must be at least 18 years old.
--Currently enrolled in college (or have earned a college degree). Does not apply to nannies.
--Have at least two years of babysitting experience (five years for nannies).
--Have a valid driver's license.
--Have at least three references from people who have seen you care for children and would recommend you.
--Have no criminal record. You will be fingerprinted and background checked.
--Be able to meet with us for an interview.

Jill Kingston is the owner of The Sitter Connection and has extensive experience in child care as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, children’s hospital volunteer, Girl Scout leader, and mother.
