First, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements. You must:
-be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
-be currently enrolled in college (or have earned a college degree). Does not apply to nannies.
-have at least two years of babysitting experience (five years for nannies).
-have at least three, non-parent, references who have seen you care for children.
-have no criminal record. You will be fingerprinted and background checked.

Nanny - Are you looking for a family who needs consistent care from the same caregiver? Whether it is once a week or full-time live-in, we will help you find the perfect family for you. Apply online.
Rates - Babysitters are paid $9.00/hr for 1-2 children, $10.00/hr for 3-4 children, and $11.00/hr for 5-6 children. Nanny rates are negotiable and start at $10.00/hr. For a list of all rates, including overnights, please visit our Rates page.

Becoming a Nanny or Babysitter
The Sitter Connection is looking for high quality babysitters and nannies to add to our team. After the application process, we check personal references then we set up and an interview to meet with possible candidates. We too are parents of young children and we meet with each candidate to see if we would be comfortable leaving our children with them. Finally, all of our babysitters are either currently enrolled in college or college graduates and our nannies have years of childcare experience. If this sounds like you, then apply today.
